A Five Behaviors Certified Partner
The Five Behaviors was created in partnership with Patrick Lencioni and is based on his “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team” book.
There are 2 core assessments:
Team Profile
The Five Behaviors Team Development experience is completed in 1-3 days of training after each participant completes their personal and team profile assessment.
The intention of the program is to build cohesiveness in intact teams that have worked together for at least six weeks.
These teams should consist of no less than five and no more than twelve members.
Personal Development Profile
Based on Patrick Lencioni’s “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”, The Five Behaviors Personal Development experience is completed through a half-day training session after each participant completes their personal profile assessment.
The intention of this program is to build a stronger personal understanding of your own behavior on a team.
